[2020] let me restart my progress.

Hello,

This has been reported and is currently being investigated. I saw one player said playing a few games fixed the issue for them. If anybody else can confirm this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to see you've posted here because your review was locked for comments. There is no hacker or cheater. We have a rare issue at the moment where due to internet dropouts a player can get negative Research. This shows up in the UI as if they have billions of the material, but they can't spend it. We've found your account and fixed it for you.
