A nerf to Rosie's ultimate has been expected for a while now. With her not being able to spam her ultimate whenever she takes a smidgen of damage should allow the game to offer up a token of challenge.
Jack and Amar's hopefully weren't touched by this. Jack has to basically charge his ultimate twice, once by doing damage like everyone else and the second being he has to take damage from enemies, which isn't exactly reliable. Amar is a wet tissue box of Health and his ultimate requires him to manually aim a slow-moving orbital beam over the course of 5 or 6 seconds.
