[2021] Why are people so insistent on playing a 4v5 match when someone rage quits instead of surrendering ?

I only get a limited amount of time to play this game in the day, so when someone rage quits. I just want to requeue so I can try play a proper match. Then people so no to a surrender and insist on trying to play the match 4v5. It's so frustrating to play into a 4v5 match, so why are people so stubborn when it comes to just ending the match? It just wastes everybody's time, and makes me want to play this game less.
