Tomorrow's dev diary explains the details of how infrastructure works in @PDXVictoria. While trains of course play a major role in infrastructure development, another factor that is especially important in the early game is natural geography, as shown in this teaser!

Subterfuge is one of the new tradition trees coming in the Lem update, named for Sci-Fi author Stanisław Lem.

Catalytic Processing is one of the new Civics being added to the Plantoids Species Pack in the Lem Update, named for Sci-Fi Author Stanisław Lem.
