[2022] Surviving Mars - Arcology blocks construction sites

If this is a bug, it's odd how it's only just come up now. Any mods in use?

Can you please attach here the affected saved game?  

I see that with your saved game too. But if I demolish the rebuild the Arcology, I cannot get it to happen again, regardless of which orientation I build it in.

Is that what you find too?
