[2019] GA Cheater (Help!)

Hello,

About yesterday's GA matchup, today he took down my entire set of defensive squads in single battles , and I believe that would not be possible based on who he had left after setting defenses. Just wanted some confirmation that I'm not out of line before I report this. Also, if anyone knows the best way to do that, it would be much appreciated.

I am not 100% sure but I think my opponent cheated but any help to ban him would be much appreciated.
