For those who don’t know or haven’t been on the forums, there’s an issue where if you were playing co-op and you get disconnected during a battle, the game black screens when you press continue so you simply can’t play at all. It also doesn’t allow you to reset your character (it says you’re still in combat, even though you’re on the main menu).

A lot of people have run into this problem on the forums and the devs acknowledged it on Twitter this morning. The issue hasn’t been fixed and the support doesn’t seem able to actually do anything about it (even though it sounded like they thought they could in the Twitter post).

It would be nice to have an update on the situation or hopefully an ETA for the fix. I’ve seen posts of similar issues happening on other platforms (consoles) but I’ve seen the majority of them be on Xbox. If a dev is reading this, please make this fix a priority… many of us are unable to play :(

We're investigating, we'll likely need to publish a patch for this one, so we might have to pass 3rd party certifications. We're hoping to nail down the issue today to start with certification, and then it'll depend on how quick the 3rd platforms give us the green light
