Hello Tamers! We're taking the server down for a bit to apply a new patch with tons of bug fixing for the new features 🛰️ It should be a matter of minutes, remember to update the game afterwards!

When we add new features, we add new detectors, and these new detectors do sometimes interact wrongly with the rest of features or the world. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused! We'll continue reviewing all the new stuff to avoid such situations. Happy Taming!

Just to be upfront with everyone, one of the bugs we fixed implied some players were being wrongfully banned. We've been monitoring the cases since we discovered it, so everyone affected should've been unbanned, but if you haven't, please send an email to [email protected]

@Sickle_Inc Just a bug report on the forums for that case. The Support e-mail is only for issues with accounts, Kickstarter stuff and the like. They cannot handle bugs.

@mothixa @Rozoken oh we're aware and in touch with this person! We have been sending batches, and are only now being unable to because of the Covid situation. We wish there was more we could do, but Spain is in a dire spot.

@TheKeyPit Yes! Backers of the Kickstarter have its own, different set of rewards for whatever tier they backed. The Deluxe edition is entirely voluntary and anyone who wants it can upgrade to get the juicy cosmetics.

@Caliosaaa We've always stated we'd like to have both ross-play and cross-progression, but that we couldn't promise any of them. Still, we'll try our best to deliver both, but making games is hard work.
