What news are you particularly excited by?

It might also be like public pool rules, no running allowed.

I'm not sure if there's a technical reason, but slower movement in peaceful/safe areas has always been prevalent in this and other games. Allows you to takke in the sights and makes the area feel different than the combat zones.

My point is that the article uses the Raid as a backdrop to highlight flaws because the average reader of the article has likely not read the preponderance of feedback from the community on these forums or elsewhere. Even though the Raid might be content only a portion of the player base participates in/enjoys, it still functions as some of the hardest content in the game. That type of difficult content can provide a good backdrop against which some of the game's most prominent flaws can be spotted, distinguished, and talked about.

Edit: Fixed an odd typo.

First, thanks for taking the game to provide such detailed feedback. It is much appreciated.

Your new account was banned due to the clear ban evasion rule violation. That said, we reviewed your aforementioned ban and your original account has had its forum ban lifted.

Welcome back, Merphee!

There's a bit too much to respond to at once here, but I'll be keeping my eye on the discussion that I'm sure will sprout within this thread.

I love seeing the different kind of Agents!

Between different difficulties, playstyles, tactics, multiplayer options, weapons, and progression routes, the game ha a lot of ways to tackle difficulty. While we still may make minor tweaks to fine tune the experience, there are numerous options available to everyone to facilitate playing through the game.

Between this thread and many others on the forums, there is a plethora of rock solid advice and others willing to help at the drop of a hat.

That said, please be respectful of those who have had different experiences with the game's difficulty than yourself. What is easy for some may be challenging for others, and visa versa.

Been seeing this topic sprout up a bit more often than usual lately... keep in mind that when loosening some restrictions on talents that they can have a bit of a backfire effect. Allowing a talent on every weapon or giving it a lower requirement might technically make it more usable by a wider variety of builds - but if it quickly becomes the best option, then the overall variety is ultimately reduced.

No talent exists in a vacuum, they all have to interact with the other talents, the exotics, the skills, etc.

I appreciate the feedback and nuanced discussion on the topic - this is just something to keep in mind with these conversations.

I'll be closing this thread as it is going a bit too far off into a discussion not directly pertaining to The Division 2.

I think it's important to call us out when we have systems or mechanics or otherwise do things that you don't enjoy, for sure. In the same vein, let us know what parts of the game you are liking. Feedback from all types off players, however detailed and nuanced, helps us make the game better.

That said, with a playerbase this large, it's inevitable that some people won't like changes made to the game or a direction that we take. In that case, more feedback can go a long way.
