The title should already state the issue.
"Following the PTS Phase 2 feedback, we removed 20% Weapon Damage Perfect Core Attribute, and 2 random Attributes roll. Instead, Picaros Holster will now have a Blue Core Attribute (can be changed to Red or Yellow), a Perfect Attribute of +15% Weapon Damage and 1 random Attribute."
