[2022] Trial has expired

Hi,

I purchased and downloaded "The Division 2 Ultimate Warlords Of New York Edition" from Epic Game Store.
The game started in a trial period and it is now over.
Now I am asked to buy the game to be able to continue when I have this one to buy.

Could you help me please ?

Sorry to hear that your edition of the game is showing as a trial.

Can I check whether you ever downloaded the trial and what happens when you try to launch the game from Epic?
