[2022] Faye Lou Decryption Key 3 Bug

I have completed all 3 manhunts on two characters. Number 1 character is fine. Number 2 character is bugged. It says to turn in Key number 3 and I have the mission on my map. When I go to visit it says 0/1 key 3. However, like I said, I have done all 3 manhunts on this character. And yes, on the manhunt screen it shows an X through all 3 current bounties. So the game is saying turn in the key to advance the story and I cannot. How do I fix this?
