I was playing normally the game and after taking around a 1h break, i have cameback and launch the game to discover that my characters 3 of them were all deleted? knowing that i have never deleted any character before?

Sorry to hear that you are unable to access your characters despite you not deleting them.
Can I check whether these are hardcore characters?
If these are not hardcore characters then I would advise to contact us directly where we can take a look and see if there is a way to recover those characters.
