[2022] [BUG] Collision Bug Downtown East

There is a spot in Downtown East at this location...



This spot is the location of Territory Control and Elite Territory Control activities.

There is a collision bug that can be jumped over. It can briefly flash "out of bounds" when jumping over and this spot has caused me to crash on many occasions.

When an Elite Territory Control activity is in this spot 2 of the 3 reward chests spawn beyond the collision forcing one to jump over to get the 2 chest opened.

This is me trying to walk though and then jumping over, you will see a brief out of bounds message flash on the last jump through.
