[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Division 2 Freeze

I play the Division 2 al a very long time and never had any problem,

but now it freezes every 5 min...

I have checked the files, download the drivers for my video card...

delete the whole game and download it again.... still the same problem?

I don't know why? I only know that the Ubisoft starter is changed from the Spath screen?

Help please????

Just to confirm, with your second post, you mean that it will continue playing the last sound when the freeze happens?

Could you also clarify further on this pooint?

I'd also recommend checking out this basic PC troubleshooting article, and trying the steps from here if you haven't already. In particular, please disable any background applications as these can interfere with the game files.

If the issue still persists, please don't hesitate to update us!
