The problem occurred in the last expertise experience fix, my expertise level fell from 20 to 19, which made my level 20 items fall to level 19 too. Of course, I also received the material compensation, but when I brought my level back up to 20 and tried to reupgrade my items, I found the compensation simply inadequate because I still didn't get all the items that fell to level 19 upgraded to level 20 even after I used up all the exotic components I have. At first I thought it was a mistake and tried to wait for another compensation, but until now, 16.3 was out and I still didn't get the remaining material, so I post the problem here and sincerely hope the development team can give me an answer.
