Pretty big change to this particular mechanic. Before, if you destroyed a skill object, it would put you at half the max cooldown. For skill objects with charges like the Hive, it would put it at half the current charges at time of manual-destroy.

Now after TU8 update, you incur a max cooldown, and charge-based things have their charges completely emptied.

Yeah, that's on me. I actually had received the info but when compiling the Patch Notes I somehow lost track of it. I apologize this is a pretty significant change and we did not want to hide it or anything. My fault.
