No sound should have been removed in the past update. Were you able to get a video of this happening?
The Shield System was a The Division 2 pre-launch promotion that provided Shield Caches in The Division and unlocked rewards in The Division 2. This system is currently no longer available.
You will be able to play with players in the same console family (for example PS4/PS5 or XB1/XBX) but not cross-platform (for example, you wouldn't be able to play with PS5 players if you're on XBX).

The SHD experience is awarded upon Conflict level-up, not per Conflict match. You need to fill the entire bar and level-up before you get a chunk of SHD XP ;)

All the rewards were unlocked for the games that could not do the full transition to Ubisoft Connect.
You might need to reset the game to get them. If you are still not able to obtain them even if they are unlocked, please send over a message to our Support Team so they can have a look.
