Have you tried to delete Configuration file and launch the game again?

as i already described in the list of my original post yes i have :)

Have you tried to stop Windows firewall before installing the game? Also if your antivirus have any kind of real time scanner you can try to disable before installing.

So, if the game is launched and you got a frozen screen or a black screen indicates that the game is blocked at the beggining so that have to be a problem with software blocking a proper launch. The only thing that I can think about it's about your firewall, antivirus or gpu softwaree... But you tell us that any of those softwares are the cause of your issue... Anything that you can tell us to add more information? I'm trying to figure out what is happening but i'm black out now.
