No, I haven't, but I have 32gb in my system so I'd find it hard to believe all of it's used up.
Even with 128 gb RAM or 256 if there is a fail using it maybe the pc can get collapsed. Long ago there was an issue that makes the game uses a huge amount of space in hard drive as virtual memory making the pc crashed down. Literally this issue used the whole space in hard drive.
All the info you can provide would be great.
