When you say "the game ends prematurely with defeat" do you mean that the game shows the pop up window of defeat without being destroyed your command center?

How many times have you suffered this issue. I have checked the mission in Nightmare level and it's working fine for me.

It happened one time, then I changed to Brutal lvl, and it worked. In the nightmare lvl I saved a backup of the game folder to replay again, and it happened every time. Maybe if I start from zero again in NM lvl it will work. Maybe I’ll do that later.

Do you still have the saved game files where the issue is easily reproduced?
