[2018] Starting Crash

Well ive been waiting for an update long time ago, i havent been able to start the game for a very long time now, i would want to ask if anyone can help me with this :C thank you for attention, im using Windows 10.1, and i have already tried to add exception to antivirus Bitdefender although still nothing, any suggestion?
