I've already did the following tip and deleted Steamworks.NET.dll:
Delete the following files in the installation folder that should not be there are they are obsolete and can cause conflicts:
DXVision.dll
DXPlatform_Desktop.dll
ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll
Steamworks.NET.dll

All others are not available for me.
