[2018] Locks Up PC When Starting

Lately seems to lock up my pc sometimes when starting. Task Manager works but cant use it to kill TheyAreBillions

Do you mean that the game gets stucked when you launch it?

Maybe can you copy here the lines in your log file. This file usually is in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions.
