[2023] Visually full screen but my mouse wont go all the way to the right

Yes, I even tried reinstalling the game. I have no idea what is causing this and it doesn't happen with any other game I have ever played.

Do you have any gpu software like Nvidia Experience or any other from Radeon working?

Yes, I have Nvidia Exp.

Check if there is any kind of monitor configuration there that can be making your mouse interacting in a bad way with your mouse.
