[2019] Why Game is changing my power options ?!

Hello,

I really don't undertand very well your explanation. Where are those 2 plans created with different performances? In your monitor app? In different monitors?

It would be nice if you explain it in other way.

About the problem of minimize, do you mean the game minimize itself without you doing nothing?
