Anyway I think you don't need them necessarily, I suggest you to use wood walls and units behind the walls. But tower are a good deal for bigger swarms.

If you are playing campaign you will have to get it from the Tech tree with some research points.

If you are playing any other game mode you should have it from the beggining. If you are playing this game mode and you still don't have it let me know.
