[2018] Map Editor: can we remove a buildable for the map ?

Hello i would like to create a map with slow zombiess HORRDDEE of doom.. but i need to remove things like shocking tower or thanatos.. to make the map more real ! know what i mean ?

Is it possible to remove some of them for the list of construction ?
