I'm running an i7-6850 3.6Ghz, 32GB RAM, and a GeForce GTX 1070 and the intro vids even lag for me. Everything lags. Clicking lags. Scrolling lags. The whole effing game lags.

Probably you are not suffer the same issue than the maker of the thread. Could you explain better what is happening? Have you checked the game with different graphic configurations? Have you checked if your gpu drivers are fully updated? Have you checked if your gpu software has applied any kind of graphic configuration?
