Experiencing trouble with the Amazon Games App?
If you are experiencing difficulties while installing games or seeing your claimed games in your Amazon Games library, close out of the Amazon Games App. Then, relaunch the app and attempt to install the game again.
How to download the Amazon Games App:
1) Download the Amazon Games App (Windows)
2) Install the app
3) Sign in with your Amazon account
4) Claim and play games
