To redeem your code, first you will need an NCSOFT Account. You can create one here.

1. Log in to your NCSOFT Account. Navigate to Account Management (or click here).
2. Click ‘Apply a Code’ tab.
3. Enter your code > Activate.

A message will appear saying that you have successfully applied a new serial code to your account. You can find applied codes in your Transaction History.
