How to redeem your Black Desert Online coupon code:

1. Log in or create your Pearl Abyss Account at https://www.playblackdesert.com.

2. After log-in, navigate to ‘Shop’ > ‘Redeem Coupon Code’ and enter your 16-digit coupon code.

3. Click, “Download Client” and follow the prompts to install the Black Desert launcher

How to claim in-game items included in the code: 1. After claiming your coupon, hover over the profile icon at the top right > ‘Account Information’ from the official website.

1. Navigate to ‘Web Storage’, then select the service region.

2. Select the items you wish to send to your in-game mail, then select your server, then click ‘next’ (you must have created a character to receive the items in-game).

3. Once logged in on your character in-game, open your in-game mailbox by pressing the (B) key to claim your items.

If you already have the game installed and are logged in:

1. Press the ESC button to bring up the in-game menu > ‘Adventurer Support’ > ‘Redeem Coupon Code’.

2. Enter the coupon code, then click ‘Use’. Claim them in your in-game mailbox (B)!
