I’m hoping it’s set up somewhat like YouTube streams, where once you load in (after game has went on for 10 minutes) you can watch live (hopefully with a small delay, 1-2 min) AND rewind earlier in the replay so you can watch early game.
This is correct.
It says the game must have been running for 10 minutes before the replay is available. I don't read that as a 10 minute delay, I read that as you can only spectate the second half of the match. Just how the tournament streams actually work where it only shows you the late game. Not sure though, time will tell
The replay itself is delayed by 10 minutes, so everything available to your client will be 10 minutes behind the live match.
As soon as the match has completed, the entire replay becomes immediately available.

last tournament epic had https://www.twitch.tv/forniteactionfeed which was basically the killfeed on a separate stream. I hope we can get that again.
My plan was to have this available as a Twitch extension that could be overlaid onto the main feed, but I ended up having to fix a bunch of other stuff during the time I was going to develop that. Us putting it onto a separate stream was the backup plan. Glad you liked it!

If I go in and play for 10 minutes and then leave, do I still have 50 minutes left if I want to join later?
Edit: why is there a time limit?
If you exit your match, you will load into a new match with a new one hour time limit the next time you queue up.
The time limit is there so we don't completely run out of servers.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know he's a cat. He's a pretty horrible one: falls off the bed/couch all the time and lands on his back, can't be left alone for more than a day, has to be taken on a walk every day or else he goes crazy, etc.
(He's a pretty great dog, though.)

Up to four people in your squad. from my interpretation it’ll still be a full 100 person lobby. but with friendly fire you can scrim teammates, which is the reference to the size of four I believe.

So can I be the only player in the playground LTM or is it just a normal match with 100 players but we respawn and get faster loot?
You can play by yourself in a match if you'd like to. But it's obviously more fun with friends.
