This should have been fixed in the last update, included as a result of this fix:

• Fixed an issue that prevented players from sometimes being able to signup for a War/Invasion from the world map (as opposed to using a territory War Board).

Do you not have the quest in your log or are you unable to talk to Rima Bahar in The Cutlass Keys Proving Ground, not seeing a marker, etc?

@slayer1990 The void gauntlet is being rolled back (no changes to the other items at this time), though please note it’s still going through our testing process (~2-4 weeks) and won’t be in the next patch.

While I’m still reading feedback and relaying it, I’m less inclined to jump into a thread that’s not staying polite with their feedback. I hope you can understand - I’m only human.
