Can you upload the files in that folder somewhere and link them here? That will help us see why it's crashing.

As we can't attach files here on Steam, you will need to upload the file somewhere else. Here's a few sites you can upload it to, which do not require you to sign up first:

https://uploadfiles.io/ - free, no sign-up, can handle large log files
https://paste.ee/ - fast, no sign-up required (some log files will be too large for it though)
https://zerobin.net/ - bit clunky, but can handle huge files, no sign-up required

I just had a look through your mods.

- Auto Line Color is broken, use AutoLineColor Redux instead
- Automatic Emptying and Empty It! conflict - pick one and remove the other
- Extended Public Transport UI is old, broken and no longer needed. Remove it
- Achieve It! and Mod Achievement Enabler overlap. There is no point in having both and they might conflict. Remove one.

Your issues might be related to that, so try and fix those, restart the game and see if things behave properly then.

What's the size of your pagefile set to? Both min and max sizes?

That would be completely correct. The recycling centers produce the generic refined products called "Zoned Industry - X Products" which are used by generic industry. The Industries factories are not able to use it.

You aren't using anything to bypass the launcher are you? Some of the ways to bypass it also stop launch options from working as well as disable the Steam Overlay.

This time it's Resize It! throwing an error. Make sure you remove More Advanced Toolbar from the game and restart the game. I still see it in the log, and Resize It! and More Advanced Toolbar WILL conflict as they do the same thing. So you can only be subscribed to one of them.

The only exception is Snowfall and that's only partial. The snow is only on specific maps, so you won't see that on an existing city. But everything else can be added to your city when/if you get more DLCs. :)

Try completely unsubscribing both Transport Vehicle Return Patch and Enhanced District Services. Either of those would be my best guess. The first I've encountered causing weird behavior and EDS is at least partially broken in its current state and may mess with things.

Can you post your output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux)? That would let us see all your installed mods and any errors that might explain, why it isn't working for you.

Here's where to find the log depending on your operating system. To easily find the local files for the game, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.

Windows
\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

Mac OS X
Users//Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Linux
~/.config/unity3d/Colossal Order/Cities: Skylines/Player.log

Does it slow down the longer the game has been running? Even if the city isn't growing?

Are you using any workshop content or is the game completely vanilla?

All the DLCs have translations for the supported languages. Are you thinking of Mass Transit? Or perhaps a mod or assets from the workshop?

Sounds like it definitely could be running out of memory, in which case Snowflitzer's guide above will help.

If setting a custom pagefile doesn't help, then we will need to see the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) to be able to help. You can use the Advanced Stop Selection mod to select which side the stop should be at. Then you could have the green line on one side and the blue one on the other.

A bunch of collections with mods sorted in different categories. DO NOT subscribe to all though - make sure you pick and choose what you need, what they do, and what they are not compatible with. This goes for all collections.

Can you post us the latest output file on google drive or dropbox or onedrive?

Yes, you can always change the size of the pagefile or set it to automatical again. It is really just a big file, kinda like if you had a giant image file - only this one does something a little more important. :)

To see if it's the save or something to do with your mods, try starting a new test city. You can just have Unlock All on so you can build train stations right away. If it doesn't happen in the test city, then it's your save that we need to look at. If it does happen there too, then we will need to look at your mods. :)

Most of these are on the smaller side when it comes to textures, so they should be fine to run on your system. You can always check the filesize on the right - larger filesizes mean larger textures, which take up more RAM and are more work for the graphics card. :)
