Is DICE aware of the bug that the Devastator torso is not showing on female models?
Or are we all individually supposed to contact EA support? I heard it can be fixed by talking to support.

I've had battlefield v for a week and everyday I try play firestorm it says I have a 5 min wait time and once the timer reaches it it says it can't find a match I just want to play one game to see what it's like.....
What platform are you on and what region are you in?
There are still a few populated servers. I boot it up every now and then when I feel like fighting through Monte Cassino again. I'm sure you can find legal copies still floating around. After installing through patch 1.61b (or whatever the last official one was), there is a community-made patch somewhere that gets the game (mostly) running on Windows 10 as well as merges the Origin and hard copy clients so that they can play on the same servers.
I occasionally play via Game-Ranger. And there's a 1080p patch somewhere on the net that makes it HD.

Frustration is right. Although, seems like par for the course in my experience trying to get this resolved. At least you were under the assumption that it could be added to the account. EA Advisors in the past always just told me they had no power to add any items to player accounts, except for that one guy I talked to the other night.
I feel bad for the other thousands of players that were effected by this and have tried to get it resolved via EA support. Anyways, guess I'll continue to wait and will check in tomorrow, again. Thanks again though, I really do appreciate what you've done so far.

Thank you for the response, but after this change the matchmaking process has become worse, I've only seen negative feedback from other Australian's. Myself and many others can't play during peak time, I couldn't get into a game on weekend evenings. Is their plans to remedy this issue or are we out of luck?
The team is continuing to explore options to help out with the situation, but honestly, real talk, if there's not enough folks matchmaking simultaneously, the problem will persist. This is definitely something we've reported to the Dev teams and I know they have been exploring other options. As soon as I have any updates, I will make sure to share them. I know you guys/gals are having a rough go and we want you to be able to enjoy the Firestorm experience.

As we noted last week, we rolled out a change for Australia and South American Firestorm players to reduce the required threshold to start a Firestorm match due to the fact these are low-population regions. This has helped reduce the potentially of matchmaking out-of-region during peak times, but unfortunately, if there are not enough folks queuing for Firestorm simultaneously, it can still impact those in that region with long MM time or by MM out-of-region to a more active datacenter.
Thanks, I also still have issues with tank aiming not being as solid as was in other games. Light tanks especially have loose controls.
I noticed that myself. I'm not usually someone who uses armor in matches. I prefer infantry style combat, but yeah, the controls - and especially the turrets - feel ... off.
Doesn’t make time go faster . So you admit it’s taking a long time for content . I don’t care that battle royale was added . I care that a new game mode that’s never been in a battlefield before took priority over what made battlefield great . And I may only be once voice but I don’t think I’m alone in saying it’s a joke we will soon have 12 game modes and only 9 maps .
Stop pushing experiments and push actual maps and content .

Well, the roadmap says when the next map is coming (May), and my comment regarding rudeness was to illustrate that being rude/abusive doesn't change the date when the next map is coming, ergo it doesn't make time pass by faster. Please refrain from trying to put words in my mouth.
I didn't discount your voice, by any means, nor your opinion. However, you took it upon yourself to claim, in essence, that you speak for the entire community when you say "nobody wants XXX, YYY, ZZZ". I am more than keenly aware of the community's request for maps, factions, community tools like RSP, improvements in gameplay, etc.

Quite a few of those are in the trending issues list that I send our Dev team to get feedback on. Once I get that feedback, I'll be able to update the QoL Tracker. We usually have a meeting on Thursday mornings to address new or newly trending issues, and I'll check in again with them if I don't hear anything tomorrow.

I have reached out to the Dev team regarding Tank Body Customization - something I'm looking forward to - but haven't heard any details yet. I'll keep checking back and will share any info I get when I get it.

I'm not a dev. This is part of our weekly engagement with the community and takes nothing away from development time. Our roadmap published a few weeks ago lays out the plan for new content.

On Friday, we reduced the threshold needed to start a Firestorm match for a few regions to see how it improved matchmaking. Australia was one and we did see a significant increase in connection within region. Unfortunately, there is still a population issue as folks connect at various times.
The team is investigating other options, including suggestions from the community on how to improve this. As I get any new or updated information, I'll definitely share it.

Any update on when loot for firestorm will be improved or looting dead bodies? it's still pretty bad
We've made some loot spread adjustments and loot collision adjustments with the latest update, and will continue to look for more optimal ways to loot, based on community feedback.
