We increased the points for Bounties on Friday, so you get a bit more points. SHD Levels provide one point and if you feel it's too little currently I can take that to the team. Let me know what you feel would give you a different experience and what you generally play.

Yes, we are talking about this right now. Drew had different information at the moment and Trick confirmed with me that it wasn't planned like that. We are looking into making adjustments though.

There should be no Burst Heal on the Chem launcher and from what I can tell it hasn't had one since TU6. Do you have any video from EP3 where it still had Burst Heal? We want to make sure that TU7 not accidentally re-introduced it.

So you can repair other players' armor. It's to support others.

Just out of curiosity, why exploits can be fixed in a temporary maintenance while bugs affecting players need a scheduled patch, even some of them are probably game breaking?

Also, we're aware of the stealth nerf of the guild vendor items, but you guys never mentioned this part during the temporary maintenance? This would really increase the distrust between the developer team and the player community.

I don't understand what a temporary maintenance is. We fixed the exploit in the same maintenance as the UI issue with players being stuck in the inventory. Both needed a full maintenance.

I can check on the Vendor items, if we changed it it was most likely not mentioned because the maintenance was done later than expected and we most likely didn't communicate it correctly internally.

The Booster Hive description incorrectly states that it grants the player increased movement speed and a cool down reduction. The reworked Booster Hive grants increased weapon damage and weapon handling.

We mention this in the Known-Issues list but obviously want to fix this as soon as wecan.

Sorry to tag you in on this, but I would very much like MASSIVE and UBIsoft to explain this better than they have, there's also the issue with users buying the game in another region and being locked out of the expansion as it's not shareable and they can't buy it on their main region account (because it's region locked).

There's also a massive thread on the UBI forums regarding this which seems to go unanswered...
https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2194072-Warlord-sharing-to-other-psn-account

I can only send you to support on this topic. There's a FAQ that explains the sharing rules for TD2 on consoles.

Regarding regions and what works together I'd suggest to contact Customer Support directly. htt...

Can you DM me your Uplay username / Console username? We'd like to export the accounts into our test environment and see what we can find. Thanks for the swift responses you guys, helps me a lot!

Is it a bug that enemies don't seem to actually do that anymore? Overtake cps I mean. I've had my whole map green for the last day and changing difficulties hasn't changed that. Run around and don't see any enemies doing 'attacking' control point stuff anymore. I've had to just start going to friends instances.

We can keep an eye on that for sure.

Yes, it's a bug.

It's not a bug. We seem to have either incorrectly communicated that or it got mixed up in something we said about Seasons. Sorry about that. Either way, Control Points don't reset with Global Difficulty. The enemy factions respawn and will take over CPs as they do normally but it's not an instant reset.

When the seasonal Manhunt targets are available some of them will have a CP attached to them. To be able to replay them it'll allow those CPs to reset but it's not all of them.

We are looking into it yes. Some players have said that logging out for an extended time (20+ minutes) has resolved it for them. We start working on a fix once we have found out what's causing it.

This is the answer. Sorry for the late reply. The attribute increases your repair (armor healing if you want) output for your Skills that provide armor to you or your allies.

It does not increase self-repairing with armor kits.

What platforms are you playing on? We're looking into these reports and locations, timings, what you play and where you play on is very helpful.

What platform are you guys playing on? I'm forwarding the reports about sounds to the team and having the mission called out is a great detail. Thanks!

If people got to 40 because the game breaking bug shipped with the expansion, that's not entitlement. That's them actually playing, despite Massive shipping the expansion with a literally progression halting bug in it. That's on Massive, not those of us who wanted to go through the story, but were denied the ability to do so because of Massive's bug.

The point being that the game should keep track of XP gains, regardless. The game tracks it enough to show us level ups with no rewards, so it is being tracked. Just give those who got 40 before finishing the manhunt the XP they have, in fact, already earned.

Asking for what you've already earned isn't entitlement. Or do you also tell people whose paychecks aren't correct to stop being entitled?

If it was as simple as adding that XP I would agree. But it doesn't work like that, I'm afraid. The feature was designed differently and is hooked up to the completion of the campaign. To give the XP some players have missed out due to the bug, we would need to change the system, manually track the XP and likely manually add the XP. The system of "just" adding the XP that was missed doesn't exist. Additionally we would also need to track all these players which would be an additional search that doesn't exist in the game.

I completely understand the notion and of course in an ideal world we wouldn't have had any progression blockers that cause this. I want to clearly say that it's not at all an easy or quick fix to do what was suggested.

I had the same thing happen to me. Because of the bug that shipped with the expansion, I was level 35 by the time I got done my first lieutenant. And I was only able to do that lieutenant because there was a phone next to the safe house leader and holding X activated both. So I hit level 40 after 3 lieutenants and 3 zones liberated.

By the time I finished Keener, I had gone up at least 4-5 levels on my screen (the effect showing it had happened), but I am now only at SHD level 1.

Let me reiterate: this issue was caused by the bug Massive let ship with the expansion. This was not me running around not doing the intended story because I felt like it. I literally couldn't do the story due to a game breaking bug. Massive should have a way to note who hit 40 before finishing the Manhunt story line and should have given us the appropriate SHD levels upon becoming eligible for them.

Shipping the expansion with a game breaking bug is unacceptable. Then (unintentiona...

While I completely agree that the bug causing players to not be able to progress was terrible and should not have happened, it doesn't really tie into the SHD Level situation. Gaining access to it is part of the campaign and you will need to finish it. I don't believe that will change.
