Can we also try changing the DNS on your PS4? I've seen some cases where that can help with similar issues. You can change the DNS using the steps below: 

  1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network 
  2. Select Set Up Internet Connection

There's an option to change it at the title screen. On PC if you hit TAB at the title screen it will open the datacenter menu, or you can click the button down at the bottom.

Is it just those particular Legends who are locked after you started playing through Steam? You didn't lose any others that you had previously purchased?

Have you tried starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running that might be interfering with the controller that could help get around it.

Usually this happens because there's something preventing Apex Legends from writing to the files where it saves your settings changes. Have you checked to make sure there's an exception for Apex Legends in your security software?

Hi there, 

 

Since this is an old thread that has been inactive since last year I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting. 

 

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. We don't have the ability to transfer progress from one platform to another.

Valkyrie is currently disabled in the Firing Range while the Apex Legends team is working on fixing some issues. Once the issues are fixed she should be available again.

Have you had the chance to try repairing Apex Legends to see if that helps at all? If you're using Origin you can right-click on Apex Legends in the game Library and click the Repair option when the menu pops up.
