If you click on the box above the Ready button it will open up the menu where you can choose different game modes. Up at the top left you should see a box that says Training. If you click that you should be able to go through the Training again.

I wonder if there might be an issue with one of the datacenters on the way between your home network and the servers. Have you tried reaching out to your ISP to see if they're aware of any issues?

I wonder if this might be a driver issue. Can we try reinstalling the audio drivers to see if that helps? For more info on how you can reinstall them check out the Microsoft Support website. Look for the section that says Fix your audio drivers for more details.

It's definitely weird that it's only happening with Apex Legends. Do you have any other audio devices connected to your PC? If so, can you try disconnecting them to test and see if that makes any difference?
