When you've got the chance can you check to see if the Mono switch is active in Windows? Open up your Windows Settings, then click on Ease of Access. Click Audio on the left side of the window and see if the toggle is currently active for Turn on mono audio. If it is active, try disabling it and see if that makes a difference.

Hey there, 

 

Since this is a really old thread that hasn't been updated in a long time, I'm going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting. 

 

I'm afraid that refunds are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I can only suggest contacting the EA Help team to see if a refund is possible. If they are unable to refund the purchase it just may not be something they're able to do in some cases.

Hi @bafritzz

 

I see this happen sometimes whenever there's a rank reset. If you solo queue for a few ranked matches it should sync the ranks back up eventually.

The code:net and code:leaf errors usually mean that the connection has timed out. I know disconnections like this are pretty frustrating, especially if you wind up getting an abandon penalty.

Did you earn any RP during those matches? Sometimes it doesn't actually happen until your RP goes up, from what I've seen.

Hi @Wizeau

 

This was a side effect of the issues that were recently happening. When the issues were fixed, all the equipped items for every account were reset. I'm afraid you would have to re-equip the items, but it should just be this once.
