Hi there!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble getting past training. I'm curious if there's something that's preventing the game from syncing up to see that you've gone through it. 

 

If you haven't already, can you try shutting down and restarting the Nintendo Switch along with your wireless router and modem to see if that helps? Please let me know if you're still getting stuck afterward.

Have you tried running your audio through standard TV speakers to test and see if you hear the same sounds? I'm really curious if it's only headset audio, or if it comes through the speakers as well.

Hey @Samkiller_222,

 

The schedule for the War Games modifiers was disrupted a bit due to some unforeseen issues. The Armor Regen event started up on the 21st and will run until the event ends on the 27th. Killing Time was removed from the rotation, but should be coming back at a later date.

Hey @zwimpy

 

If you remove the Mixamp and Gamedac and just run the audio straight from the console to your headset does the same thing still happen?

Your PSN account would have to be linked with an EA Account in order to play any EA games online. If you've already been playing Apex Legends it sounds like your PSN ID was probably linked with an EA Account a long time ago. 

 

Usually that error message just means that you'll need to reset the EA Account password. If you haven't already, can you give that a shot to see if it helps? You can find more info on how to reset it over at the ...

Is it possible to bypass the wifi connection and try using a network cable instead? That way we can remove the wifi as a possible culprit.
