Hey @Tweeranosaurus

 

Whenever you open a pack in Apex Legends the contents of that pack are automatically added to your account, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. Have you had the chance to double-check and see if there's anything new on your account?

You might just need to scroll down in the weekly challenges to see the last two weeks. If you click on week 7 and scroll down you should be able to see weeks 8 and 9 there.

Let's take a look and see if we can figure out what might be causing this. First, have you had the chance to try repairing the game to see if that helps?

 

If you're playing through Origin you can right-click on Apex Legends in your Library and click the Repair option when the menu pops up. If you're using Steam try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. You can find more details on how to verify the files over at the ...

Hi @astroph1le

 

Does your brother use a separate Windows user account? If so, do you know if your account in Windows is an Admin User? 

 

It sounds like something isn't allowing Apex Legends to save the files where it stores the in-game settings. I am curious if Windows might not be letting the changes save because you are not using an Admin User account.

I'm afraid that account bans or suspensions are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you have already created a case with the Terms of Service team that's all you would need to do for now. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can. 

 

The TOS team reviews each appeal case-by-case, so if they are working through a high volume of cases it may take some time to complete the investigation. Keep an eye on your email, and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi there, 


Thanks for the reports! I've seen some cases where setting a static IP address for your console can help with this error. Can you give that a try to see if it helps? You can find instructions on how to set a static IP for a PlayStation 4 over at the Port Forward website
