This happens sometimes when there's a rank reset. Usually it will fix itself after you play a few ranked matches. Try playing some ranked games, and it should sync back up in the lobby.

I'm afraid that CE-34878-0 is a pretty general error code for when a game crashes on PS4, so unfortunately it doesn't give us a lot of context on what might be causing this to happen. There are a few things we can try that may help, though.

I'm afraid there isn't an option to repair games on Xbox. If there's an issue with the game data you would have to uninstall and reinstall the game. Are you also having problems with your mic? Can you share a bit more information on what's been happening?

Hmm, it seems like the textures aren't loading in entirely. Just to confirm, have you had a chance to try repairing the game to see if that makes any difference at all? If you're on Origin you can repair the game by right-clicking it in your Origin Library and choosing the Repair option from the menu when it pops up.

Are either of you overclocking any of your hardware? If so, can you try reverting it back to the factory clock speed to test and see if that makes any difference at all?

That particular error is something the Apex Legends team is investigating. I've heard from a few people that switching to a different datacenter or power cycling your system can help get around it.

Thanks! Can we try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where changing the DNS can help with similar issues.
