If so, can you try disconnecting all other input devices and see if the same issue still happens? I'm curious if the game is reading inputs from a different device other than your keyboard for some reason.

This happens often when the ranks are reset. Usually after a few matches the ranks will sync back up so you can matchmake normally again.

Have you played any Apex Legends since yesterday's patch? If so, are you still seeing any problems with Steam names displaying incorrectly after the patch?

I get that. Losing RP is always frustrating. That's why I wanted to see if there was anything we could do to help stop it from happening again. If you're having the same issues can you try running through those steps I mentioned in my post above?

When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They should be able to see the contents of the pack and if they were added to your account. Unfortunately that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.

There was a patch earlier today that should have helped with some Club issues. Have you tried checking to see if you're able to see the join requests since this patch went live? I'm curious if the same issue still happens after the update.

Hey @DK9027, 

Whenever you open a pack the contents are automatically added to your account, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. Have you double-checked to see if there are any new items on your account at all?
