Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with the issues you've been seeing? I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website first to see if that helps at all...

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC you would be starting over on a fresh account. We don't have a way of transferring account progress between platforms.

I'm sorry, but there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC it would be with a fresh account. We don't have a way of moving your progress over from a console account, unfortunately.

I'm sorry, but I'm just a bit confused on what you're having trouble with. Is it just the sound that's not working when you try connecting your headset to your controller? Is the controller working otherwise?
