There was a patch that just went out today that should have addressed a few Club-related issues. Are you still having trouble joining a Club or sending invites after today's patch?

Hey @SaucyCouch

 

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC you would be starting over on a fresh account. We don't have a way of transferring account progress between platforms.

I'm sorry, but there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC it would be with a fresh account. We don't have a way of moving your progress over from a console account, unfortunately.

If you haven't already can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running on your PC that could be causing these issues that may help to get around it.

I get that you're frustrated, and I just want to see if there's anything we can do to help you out. There are lots of people who play Apex Legends every day without the same issues you're seeing, so it may not be something specific to the servers. They review account appeals on a case-by-case basis, so I'm afraid we don't have a way of seeing exactly how long their investigations may take. It can vary depending on what sort of case load they're working through.

I'm sorry, but I'm just a bit confused on what you're having trouble with. Is it just the sound that's not working when you try connecting your headset to your controller? Is the controller working otherwise?
