I looked through the DxDiag you attached, but I didn't see anything that stands out as a likely culprit behind the crashes. Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening. 

First, if you haven't already can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's a problem with the game data that may help with the crashing. To repair the game right click on Apex Legends in your Origin Library, then click on the Repair option when the menu comes up.

You can also change the DNS settings through your Control Panel as well, which might be easier: 

1. Open up the Control Panel

2. Click on Network and Internet

3. Select Network and Sharing Center

4. Click Change Adapter Settings on the left side of the window

5. Right click on your network adapter and select Properties

6. Make sure you're on the Network tab in the Properties window

7. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)...

Looking at the DxDiag you attached, I'm afraid your PC would meet the requirements to run Apex Legends. The main reason is that your laptop is running integrated graphics, where Apex Legends does require a dedicated GPU.

I'm afraid it is not possible to transfer your progress between platforms in Apex Legends. Your Xbox and PC progress would remain separate.

This is something we've been seeing since the game launched, and it's not exclusive to Apex Legends. Easy Anti-Cheat catches ROG Live Service and other similar software, but as far as the specific details as to why that's the case I'm afraid we don't really have any visibility.

Have you tried disabling NVIDIA Reflex to see if that makes any difference at all? It would be enabled by default, so I'm curious if disabling it would make any difference at all. For more information on how to disable it check out the steps over at the NVIDIA website.
