What happens if you set a different DNS on your PS4? Sometimes using a different DNS can help with issues like this, so I'd like to give it a try. To update the DNS on your system follow the steps below:

I'm not certain on why exactly, I'm afraid. I've seen others who have been running into this same issue. For now I think it would be best to just remove these additional arguments so the HUD stays stable.

Thanks for giving it a shot. After we were speaking last week the Apex Legends team mentioned they were investigating some matchmaking issues: 

 

 

This might be why you've been running into trouble. Hopefully these issues can be figured out soon. Thanks for bearing with us while it's under investigation.

Do you have any custom settings for Apex Legends set up in Geforce Experience? If so, can you try disabling those to test and see if you can change the texture streaming budget after that?
