Hi everyone, 

 

I merged together a handful of threads about this same issue. 

 

Are you all using any sort of command line arguments for Apex Legends in Origin? If so, can you try removing them and then launch Apex Legends once more? Let me know if your settings for the texture streaming budget still aren't saving afterward. Thanks!

What happens if you try setting a different DNS on your Xbox? That can sometimes help with issues like this. To update your DNS follow the steps below: 

1. Go to your Xbox Settings, then select Network

2. Choose Advanced Options and then go to DNS Settings

3. Select Manual, and you should see fields to set the DNS. 

4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a differen...

Gotcha, thanks for following up!

 

Since the accounts are connected to the same EA Account, that would be why. It's not possible to send an invite between accounts if they're linked up with the same EA Account, I'm afraid.

When you have a chance could you try updating the DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this as well.

If you log into the EA Account on the account management website you should be able to view the connected accounts. If you scroll down a bit on that About Me page you'll see a Connected Accounts section. That should let you see the console accounts that have been linked with your EA Account.

Whenever you open up a pack in Apex Legends the pack contents will be added to your account automatically. Have you checked to see if there's anything new on your account?

Are your account and your son's account connected to the same EA Account? If so, I'm afraid it won't be possible to send an invite for cross-play between those two accounts. It isn't possible to invite accounts that are connected to the same EA Account.

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer you progress from one platform to another. Your accounts and progress will remain separate on each platform you're playing on.

Are you trying to invite two accounts that are connected to the same EA Account? If so, I'm afraid that wouldn't work. You aren't able to invite accounts that are linked to the same EA Account for cross-play.
