Thanks for the updates, everyone. 

 

The team put out an update last night that should have helped with some of the matchmaking issues that people have been seeing. Have you had a chance to play at all since then? Are you still running into any trouble finding a match?

Hey @ChickenShizzle

 

Are both the Xbox and PC accounts connected with the same EA Account? If so, that would be why it won't let you add them for cross-play. It's not possible to invite an account that's connected with the same EA Account.

Have your ranks still not synced up? Generally it happens on its own after a few matches. Have you earned any RP at all in those matches you've played since you noticed the issue?

If you follow the file path in that error message it should lead you to that particular .rpak file. If you can track it down, try deleting that file, then repair the game again in Origin. I've seen some cases in the past where that has helped with errors like this.

Does this not happen if you're playing on a datacenter closer to your location? It's only when you're on the London servers?

If you haven't already can you try repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps at all? We also have a dedicated EA Help article listing troubleshooting steps. Please check that out, here.

Hi @Nodonn,

 

This might sound like a strange question, but are you currently running any sort of RGB lighting software on your PC? If so, can you try disabling it to see if that makes any difference at all? 

 

We've seen some cases in the past where EAC seems to have some trouble with RGB programs, so I'm curious if that might be happening in your case as well.

When you've got a chance could you try changing the DNS in Windows to see if that helps as well? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.
