Let's try some troubleshooting and see if we can help stop this from happening. First, can you try repairing Apex Legends in the Origin client to see if that makes any difference at all? If you right-click on the game in the Origin Library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up.

Account issues aren't something we can help with directly here on Answers HQ. If your account was disabled it would be best to reach out to EA Help so they can take a look. 

 

For more details on how to create a case with them visit the EA Help website. Since you can't currently access the account be sure to select "Manage my account" as the topic of your case, then select "Can't log in" as the issue. That will let you set up a case without having to sign into the disabled account.

Looking through the DxDiag you attached it appears the Windows Driver Host process is timing out. It might be looking for a missing driver, or there might be a different driver on your PC that needs to be updated. It looks like it might be related to the HID compliant headset drivers in Windows. Do you have any audio management installed on your PC at the moment?

Can you try something for me when you've got the chance? If you follow the filepath in that error you should be able to locate that specific .rpak file. Once you do find it try deleting that file, then repair Apex Legends in the Origin client.
